Are these things ok to feed?

Can dogs eat pineapple? What about lettuce or watermelon?

Hi there! Actually, pineapple is used to feed dogs that eat their own poo! It actually deters them from the practice. Just don't overdo it - make sure you limit the amount.
As for lettuce, that shouldn't be a problem...I don't know about watermelon, but I can't see how it would hurt anything.

I keep a few pineapple chunks in the freezer so Maggie can have a cool treat on a really hot day!

None of those foods should be a problem, as long as they aren't given in excess.
Pineapple does act as a poop eating deterrent, which is a bonus!
